Feeling pulled in different directions
by your own thoughts and emotions?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy helps you understand and heal the parts of you that act, react, or protect. Helping you find calm, clarity, and connection without self-judgment.
How IFS Helps
Internal Family Systems helps you identify and understand your different “parts” — the protective, wounded, or reactive sides of yourself. By listening, accepting, and working with these parts, you can:
Quiet your inner critic
Heal wounded or burdened parts
Respond calmly instead of reacting
Reconnect to your authentic Self
About Me
I’m Oliver Widdaker, I specialise in IFS and use this in combination with somatic healing techniques like Brainspotting to help people heal deep trauma.
I help clients understand, heal and befriend their internal parts, so they can feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves.
I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or conflicted, providing a safe space to explore and heal at your own pace.
My Integrative Approach
In sessions, I combine several trauma-informed approaches in a way that’s tailored to each client. I may use:
Brainspotting eye positioning and deep trauma healing
Internal Family Systems work with your parts
EFT tapping
Bilateral audio and mindful listening
I create a gentle, meditative space where your nervous system can process emotions safely. Each session is unique, flowing with your experience and the needs of your mind and body.
This integrative method allows you to work at your own pace while addressing both emotional and somatic experiences.
