Do I need to talk about my past in detail?
No. Many of the approaches I use (Brainspotting in particular) allow healing without retelling the full story and it even works really well in silence.
What issues do you help with?
Anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, childhood wounds, high sensitivity, overthinking, and feeling “stuck.”
What happens in a session?
We go at your pace. Sessions may include Brainspotting, EMDR-style processing, IFS parts work, breathwork, or grounding — whatever your system needs.
Is online therapy effective?
Yes. Brainspotting, IFS, and somatic work are all highly effective online, and many people feel safer working from home.
